摘要
以红外热像检测分析技术为基础 ,从传热学的理论出发 ,结合现场红外测试工作实际 ,对不同热设备的散热损失计算方法进行了理论分析与推导 ;分析了保温材料绝热性能的分析校核方法 ,从而研究出一套综合测试、分析评定热设备保温效果的方法。并介绍了某厂焦化加热炉、焦炭塔的现场应用实例。
Based on infrared-thermal detection technology and heat-transfer theory,calculation methods of radiating loss of varied thermo-equipments were analyzed.Methods of checking insulated property of insulated material were disussed.Measures of test and evaluation of thermo-equipments were put forward.
