高压氧治疗对脑动脉瘤术后患者生存能力及生存质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高压氧对脑动脉瘤术后患者生存能力及生存质量的影响。方法选取2004年1月至2010年12)q脑动脉瘤术后患者304例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各152例。对照组(B组):152例患者采用常规的治疗干预。观察组(A组):152例患者,在对照组的基础上加用高压氧治疗,将两组患者干预前及干预后3个月、6个月的生存能力及生存质量进行评估及比较。结果A组干预后3个月及6个月的ADL〉60分比例高于B组,而sF-36量表各指标评分均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论高压氧治疗可显著改善脑动脉瘤术后患者的生存能力及生存质量,对于改善患者的预后有较高的临床价值。 Objective To study the influence of hyperbaric oxygen for the viability and life quality of patients after the cerebral aneurysm operation. Methods 38 patients who were treated with cerebral aneurysm operation in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2010 were selected as control group, and they were treated with routine treatment, 38 patients at the same time were selected as observation group, and they were treated with hyperbaric oxygen based on the treatment of control group, then the viability and life quality of two groups before and after the intervention at third and sixth month were evaluated and compared. Results The rate of observation group' s ADL〉60 points after the intervention at third and sixth month were higher than those of control group, and all the items of SF-36 score were higher than those of control group too, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve the viability and life quality of patients after the cerebral aneurysm operation, and it has higher clinical valie in improving the prognosis of patients.
