地塞米松及髓腔降压在髋关节置换术中的临床应用

摘要 近年来，人工髋关节置换术已成为治疗髋关节骨性关节炎、股骨头无菌』生坏死、创伤及肿瘤等髋部疾患最有效的方法之一。作者自2007年2月至2011年2月观察髋关节置换术中在骨水泥灌注前预防性使用地塞米松可降低骨水泥反应对血液动力学的影响，为髋关节置换术围术期安全性提供参考依据。现报道如下。
