2种表面麻醉方法在内眼手术前泪道冲洗中的效果比较

Comparison of Two Methods of Surface Anesthesia on the Effect of Lacrimal Passage Irrigation

目的探讨棉签浸润法和直接点眼法进行泪道冲洗表面麻醉的临床效果。方法选取25例内眼手术患者,左眼为实验组,采用棉签浸润法,右眼为对照组,采用直接点眼法,行表面麻醉后进行泪道冲洗。评估患者疼痛和角膜荧光染色情况。结果 2种麻醉方法角膜荧光染色差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疼痛差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内眼手术前泪道冲洗使用直接点眼法进行表面麻醉,简便易行,麻醉效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of cotton swab infiltration method and direct drop method on lacrimal passage irrigation. Meth- ods 25 cases whose left eyes were experimental group that used cotton swab infiltration method, and the right eyes were control group that used direct drop method. The pain score and corneal fluorescent dye conditions were evaluated. Results There were no statistical difference of corneal fluorescent dye conditions between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） , however, the pain scores between two groups showed statistical differ- ence （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The direct drop method is much more simple and effective and should be popularized into clinical.
