摘要
双程预热器是氧化铝生产流程中的关键环节——高压溶出系统的关键热交换设备。在使用中其底益密封经常发现垫子破损,造成密封失效,严重影响预热器的正常工作。本文介绍了垫子失效原因并进行了改造,杜绝了此类事故的发生,这种方法投资小、见效快,提高了运转周期。
Di - diversion preheater is a key equipment indigesting heat exchange of alumina production. During operation, the seal of cover found always broken, Created Seal to lose efficacy and influence on normal work of preheater. This paper introduced the cause of seal to lose efficacy, carried on reconstruction and to avoid making accident.The method was a less investment,more effective and improving on operation period.
