大学生入党动机的调查分析——以金华职业技术学院医学院学生为例

An Investigation and Analysis on College Students' Motives of Joining the Communist Party ——Take Students of the Medical School,Jinhua Polytechnic for Example

通过对287名申请入党的大学生进行问卷调查,将其入党动机划分为奋斗型、双重价值型、自我约束型、荣誉型等七种类型,并且其受家庭、社会、党组织、校园文化环境的四种因素的影响,可以通过审阅书面入党材料考察,在日常工作、学习和生活中考察,在关键时刻的考察三种大学生入党动机的考察方法,开展新形势下大学生党员的发展工作。

Surveys of 287 university students applying for Party membership show that their motives of joining the party vary from striving for dreams, to seeking dual values, to self-restraint, to seeking honors and so on. Meanwhile, their family background, society, Party Organization and the campus cultural environment all have profound effects on their motives. Therefore, to carry out the development work for the party members, we can investigate the motives of joining the party in the following three ways： review of written materials of joining the Party, record of daily work, study and campus life, and their performance in critical moments.
