控制性降压技术在面部轮廓改形手术中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较单纯使用硝酸甘油与艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油用于面部轮廓改形手术中控制性降压的临床效果。方法选择ASA分级Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级的择期面部轮廓改形手术患者90例,随机均分为3组,未进行控制性降压组(Ⅰ组),硝酸甘油降压组(Ⅱ组),艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油降压组(Ⅲ组)。记录各时点的平均动脉压、心率变化及3组患者术中出血量、手术时间等。结果Ⅲ组较Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血压平稳,出血量少,手术时间短,不良反应少,硝酸甘油用量亦减少。结论艾司洛尔复合硝酸甘油用于面部轮廓改形手术较为理想,控制性降压方法安全、有效。 Objective To compare the clinic effects of respectively using nitroglycerin and Esmolol combined with nitroglycerin in controlled hypotension for facial contour corrections operation. Methods 90 ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group one was not given controlled hypotension, group Ⅱ was given nitroglycerin and group Ⅲ was given Esmolol combined with nitroglycerin. MAP, HR at different times ,blood Ioss and operation duration of the three groups were recorded. Results Compared with group Ⅰ and Ⅱ , the blood pressure of group Ⅲ was more stable, the blood loss and operation duration were much less, in the meantime,the dose of nitroglycerin was reduced. Conclusion Esmolol combined with nitroglycerin applied to facial contour corrections operation is quite feasible. Controlled hypotension is secure and effective.
