ERα/β表达与乳腺癌发生发展相关性的研究 被引量:4

Expression and significance of ERα/β in the process of breast cancer development

摘要 目的:探讨ERα/β蛋白在乳腺癌变过程中的表达变化情况与意义。方法:采用免疫组化即用型二步法(非生物素)检测乳腺正常组织(61例)、乳管内乳头状瘤组织(65例)、原位癌组织(45例)和乳腺浸润性癌组织(87例)中ERα/β蛋白的表达情况。结果:乳头状瘤、原位癌和浸润性癌组织ERα总体表达水平与正常上皮组织比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;原位癌及浸润性癌组织ERα的表达强度与乳头状瘤组织相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;ERβ在浸润癌组织中的表达水平与正常增生乳腺组织中比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;ERα/ERβ在正常乳腺上皮(0.34)、乳头状瘤(0.43)、原位癌(0.68)和浸润性癌细胞(0.71)呈逐步上升的趋势。结论:ERβ的表达强度在正常上皮、乳头状瘤、原位癌、浸润性癌中依次降低,ERα与ERβ在乳腺癌发生发展过程中表达相反,提示ERβ可能是乳腺癌的一个自我保护因素。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the expression changes of ERα/β and the significance in the development of breast cancer tissues. METHODS: The immunohistochemistry (two step method) was used to detect the expression of ERα/β protein in breast normal tissues (61),intraductal papilloma (disease) tissues (65),carcinoma in situ tissues (45), invasive breast cancer tissues (87). RESULTS: The expressions of ERα protein in papilloma,carcinoma in situ and invasive cancer tissues were different from that of normal tissues (P〈0.01). The expressions of carcinoma in situ and invasive cancer tissues were different from that of papilloma tissues(P〈0.05). The expression level of ERβ protein was different statistically between invasive cancer tissues and normal hyperplasia breast tissue (P〈0.05). The overall expression and expression intension of ERα/β were increased gradually accompany with the development of disease severity with the expression of normal breast epithelium(0.34) ,papilloma(0.43) ,carcinoma in situ(0.68) and invasive cancer tis sues(0.71). CONCLUSION: The expression intensity of ERβ in normal epithelium, papilloma, carcinoma in situ,invasive carcinoma are gradually decreased and the expression of ERα and ERβ during the development of breast cancer are the contrary, suggesting that ERβ may he a selfprotective factors of breast cancer.
