摘要
莱钢锻压厂对 X63 W铣床进行改造 ,重新设计齿轮箱 ,改造传动轴和轴承 ,用于加工螺纹钢成品辊横筋槽 ,满足了车间对螺纹成品辊的需求。
The forging plant of Laiwu iron and steel Co.,Ltd has done reformation to X63W milling machine.The reformation content consist of designing gear box again,reformating drive shaft and bearing etc.Thus it can be used to work transverse rib groove of finished goods roll of reinfarced bar and can meet the requirements of workshop to finished goods roll of reinforced bar.
