This paper introduces the developing prosidure of managemaent mode and the producing prosidure and significance of “five day”all control management mode of Qingdao iron and steel group.The practice of 'five day' all control management mode has promoted the increasing of economic benefit,strengthened the comptitive power in Qingdao iron and steel group.The practical result proves that the management creation of enterprise must be to establish the principle of idea priority and must be to combine advanced management method with productical condition of enterprise.
