摘要
建立体现“效率优先、兼顾公平”的企业工资分配机制 ,需要处理好工资投入产出与生活保障的关系、岗位和技能工资水平与年功工资的关系、工资改革与劳动管理的关系。同时 ,应完善现行工资分配制度与内部分配体系 ,深化企业内部分配制度改革 ,实行“岗位靠竞争 ,收入凭贡献”的运行机制。
Practising enterprises salary allocation mechanism reflecting “efficiency first while considering fairness”must be to treat well the relationship between putting into and producing out of salary and ensuring life,the relationship between the post and skill salary level and the annual contribution salary level,the relationship between salary reform and labour management,and simultaneously must be to perfect the present system of salary allocation and the system of infteranl allocation,must be to deepen the reform of internal allocation system in enterprise,and must be to bring about the moving mechanism for 'taking a post depending on ability,getting pay depending on contribation'.
