高龙金矿提高金回收率的实践

摘要 高龙金矿矿石类型属微细粒浸染型泥质高的含金氧化矿 .部分矿体含炭质矿石比较高 ,并有As,Sb等有害元素 ,属难处理矿石之一 .原工艺采用炭浆法 ,氰化浸出率一直很低 ,为了提高金回收率 ,公司与科研单位及高校合作 ,针对矿石特性把炭浆工艺改为炭浸工艺 ,并对设备进行改进 ,严格生产管理 ,找出最佳条件 。 The ore type of Gaolong gold deposit belongs to fine disseminated, pelitic and gold bearing oxidized mineral, some of ores have detrimented impurity, such as C, As and Sb The deposit considered as one kind of the ore difficult to treat The leaching rate is very low all the time by useing former process Carbon In Pulp and Cyanidation The company cooperated with some institutes and universities for increasing the leaching rate the carbon in pulp was modified into carbon in leach process,the equipment was improved according to the ore characteristics and the adminstration of production was strengthened. As a result the optimum process conditions were found and the satisfactory results were gained
