摘要
在实验中 ,对不同的助镀剂成分 ,热浸镀工艺及镀后钝化处理进行了研究 ,得出含 0 .1 % Ni的锌合金镀层具有较高的耐磨、耐蚀性能 .黑色低铬盐钝化工艺可降低环境污染 。
In the experiment with different flux composition and conditions,the galvanizing process by dipping Zinc-Nickel alloy and the passivation treatment have been studied It is achieved that Zinc alloy coating containing 0 1%Nickel improves its hardness and corrosion resistance The black low chromium passivation process is suited for the Zinc Nickel alloy film which can decrease the enviroment pollution and improve the corrosion resistance of coating
