鱼腥草中主要黄酮成分含量测定及其道地性研究

Quantitative Analysis of Several Major Flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata for Its Genuineness

目的对不同产地的鱼腥草中的黄酮成分进行含量测定,为鱼腥草的质量控制提供有价值的资料。方法采用HPLC法,对12个产地的鱼腥草药材中的芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷含量进行测定。流动相为0.05%磷酸水溶液/乙腈;梯度条件为0-15-20-25-30-35-40-60 min,2%-15%-15.5%-16%-18%-18%-20%-40%B;检测波长为260 nm。结果 4不同产地的鱼腥草中的活性成分含量存在较大差别,芦丁的含量为9-115 mg kg-1,金丝桃苷的含量为16-416 mg kg-1,槲皮苷的含量为110-710 mg kg-1。怀化、邵阳产地的鱼腥草样品中3种黄酮类成分的含量相对较高。结论本方法简便、稳定,适合作为鱼腥草的质量控制的方法。

Objective To compare the contents of flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata.from different habitats for the quality control of Houttuynia cordata.Mathods Several flavonoids including rutin,hyperin,and quercitrin in H.cordata from 12 habitats were analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid solution were used as the mobile phase with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 260 nm.Results The result showed that the content of rutin,hyperin and quercitrin varied remarkably in H.cordata from different habitats.The content of rutin was from 9 mg kg-1 to 115 mg kg-1,hyperin from 16 mg kg-1 to 416 mg kg-1 and quercitrin from 110 mg kg-1 to 710 mg kg-1 respectively.The three flavonoids contents inH.cordata from Huaihua and Shaoyang were higher than the others.Conclusion The result provided a convenient and suitable method for the quality control of H.cordata.
