摘要
目的优化紫云膜剂的制备工艺。方法以膜剂的外观质量(平整、光洁及柔韧性,色泽均匀度及厚度一致性)为考察指标,采用正交试验方法,对成膜剂聚乙烯醇的用量、冰片的加入方式以及膜的干燥方法等工艺进行优化。结果紫云膜剂的最佳制备工艺为:聚乙烯醇5.0 g,将被无水乙醇溶解好冰片均匀的喷洒在膜面上,自然干燥。结论该工艺简单、稳定,合理可行。所制膜剂具有良好的外观,符合实验要求。
Objective To optimize preparative technique of Ziyun membranes.Methods Based on shape,even,glabrous and flexible,colour and luster,thickness of Ziyun membranes,polyvinyl alcohol consumption,the join way of borneol and drying methods of membranes were determined using orthogonal design.Results The best preparative technique for Ziyun membranes was as follows： polyvinyl alcohol 5.0 g,borneol of dissolved in ethanol was sprayed on the membrane surface,then dry naturally.Conclusion The preparative technique was simple,stable,and suitable for practical use.The shape of Ziyun Membranes was better and satisfactory.
