摘要
对玄武岩纤维杆体(BFRP)材料和灌浆料的力学性能进行了测试,在此基础上,基于FLAC3D进行了玄武岩纤维锚杆与灌浆料粘结性能的数值模拟分析,并探讨了B FRP锚杆设计方法。结果表明:BFRP具有耐腐蚀性、轻质、高强等优良特性,比钢筋或钢绞线更适于用作锚杆材料应用于岩土工程锚固;B FRP与灌浆料之间的粘结性能随灌浆料强度的提高而增大。
Based on the mechanical property testing of the basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) anchor and grouting materials, the FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis has been made on the bonding properties of BFRP anchor and grouting materials, the design of BFRP explored. Results show that BFRP is more suitable for anchor material in geotechnical engineering than steel or strand anchoring with properties of better corrosion resistance, lighter weight, higher strength, etc.; the bonding strength of BFRP as well as the grouting material is improved with the strength increase of the grouting material.
