摘要
介绍了组态王和可编程控制器(PLC)在自动轧钢机监控系统中的应用,并用监控的方法实现了轧钢机轧钢控制过程。整个系统实现了自动化控制,操作者可在主控室远距离操作现场设备,并可监视现场设备的运行情况,降低了劳动强度。
This paper introduces the application of King View and the Programmable Logic Controller （PLC） in automatic rolling mill monitoring system. The process control of the rolling mill has been achieved through the monitoring method and the automatic control of the system has been realized. The operator can conduct remote operation of the system from the main control room, and monitor its running, which can reduce the labor intensity.
