高应力煤巷结构增强型U型钢棚支护技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对鹤壁二矿回采巷道普通U36型钢支架难以维持巷道稳定的现状,采用理论和数值模拟方法研究了支护方案和5种结构增强型U型钢支架支护方案对半圆拱形巷道的控制效果,确定了相应的支护参数.现场应用结果证明,采用横梁和两侧纵撑的增强性U型钢棚支护方案,能够提高支架的整体承载能力和有效地控制巷道的变形.此方案对于推广U型钢支架在高应力巷道中的应用具有重要的意义. It was difficult to maintain the stability with the ordinary U36 shaped steel stents in the roadway in Hebi No.2 mine.The original and five new type of enhanced U shaped steel stents to control round arch roadway were studied by the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method.The corresponding support parameters were designed and applied in the roadway.The results showed that the enhanced U shaped steel stents with longitudinal beams and both sides supports could be adapted to the roadway deformation,which improved the bearing ability of U shaped steel stents and attained a better control effect.It is very important role to extend the support technology with U shaped steel stents in high stress roadway supports.
