利用废旧玻璃粉细掺料制备混凝土实验研究 被引量:29

摘要 通过对掺加不同颜色废旧玻璃粉取代水泥制备的混凝土抗压强度试验和水泥净浆的微观检测,得出当玻璃粉掺量为10%和15%时,28 d抗压强度比基准混凝土的抗压强度高;当掺量为20%时,强度与基准混凝土相当;当掺量为30%以上时,混凝土的抗压强度随掺量的增加而降低;不掺加玻璃粉时,氢氧化钙结晶良好,而且尺寸较大.实验结果显示,随着玻璃粉掺量的增加,氢氧化钙的含量逐渐减少,同时结晶也越来越差.玻璃粉颜色对混凝土强度影响不大. The glass powder of different colors was used to replace cement to make concrete samples.The compression strengths of samples were tested and the microscopic analysis of cement paste was carried out.The test results show that the 28 days compression strength of the samples was higher than those of the reference concrete samples when the contents of the glass were 10% and 15% respectively,and the compression strength was equal to the reference concrete when the content of glass was 20%,and strength went down as the glass content was 30% and above.Ca(OH)2 was well crystallized in the concrete when the glass was not added,and the crystals had relatively large size.However,as the content of the glass in the concrete went up,Ca(OH)2 content in the concrete decreased,the crystallization of Ca(OH)2 became worse.Different colors of glass powder had little effect on the compress strength of the concrete.
