摘要
采用双线性硬化材料模型,基于小曲率弯曲变形假设,建立了预弯成形弹复理论解析模型,得到了预弯回弹后弯曲角与工艺参数之间的数学表达式。用VC软件编程进行数值计算,并进行了实验验证,理论计算结果与实验结果比较一致,验证了理论解析的正确性。研究结果为实际生产快速准确制定预弯成形工艺参数提供了理论依据,为大型直缝焊管板边预弯成形工艺规划CAPP系统设计奠定了理论基础。
Based on an assumption of small bending deformation,an analysis model of pre-bending forming springback is established using a model of bilinear hardeningmaterial.The mathematical expression of the pre-bending resilience after bending angle between the processing parameters is obtained.A theoretical model is established and a numerical calculation is conducted using VC,and verified by the experimental study.The study results show that the theoretical results are correct and coincide with the experimental results.The results provide the basis for the production of actual fast making reasonable pre-bending process parameters,and for designing large longitudinal welded pipe bend forming process planning CAPP system.
