摘要
以三乙二醇单甲醚和氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,经2步反应合成了双头型四硅氧烷表面活性剂(TS).用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征了目标产物结构.目标产物的水溶液在25℃的表面活性数据为:cmc=1.7×10-4mol/L,γcmc=21.8 mN/m,其表面活性远远高于普通表面活性剂.
Abstract: Novel double-head tetrasiloxane surfactant (TS) was synthesized by two-step reaction using tri(ethylene glycol) monomethyl ether and 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane as raw materials. The structure of the target product was characterized by IR and 1HNMR spectra. The surface activity of the target product aqueous solution at 25℃ showed cm=1.7×10^-4mol/L,γcmc=21.8mN/m, which was much higher than the general surfactant.
