摘要
探讨了n(尿素):n(H2O2)、温度、pH、时间等工艺条件对活性染料氧化皂洗效果的影响.结果表明:尿素3.84 g/L,H2O2(27%)2.25 mL/L,pH=9,温度95℃,皂洗10 min时具有较好的皂洗效果,各项牢度指标与常规皂洗工艺相当.
The effects of urea/H2O2 ratio, temperature, pH and time on the oxidations soaping of reactive dyes were discussed. The results showed that urea/H2O2 active system with 3.84 g/L of urea, 2.25 mL/L of H2O2(27%), pH=9, temperature 95℃, time 10 rain had good soaping effect. The various color fastness index- es were equal to the conventional soaping process.
