摘要
粗液泵原采用液力偶合器调速系统,因液力偶合器经常出现故障,满足不了生产需要,改为变频调速后,效果良好,有非常显著的节能效果,且大大提高了自动化水平,文中最后还谈到了一些变频器改造中应注意的问题。
Originally crude liquid pump used hydraulic clutch speed regulation system, but hydraulic clutch took place hitch frequentey, cannot meet the requirement of production. When change hydraulic clutch into frequency converter speed regulator,the offsets were good.The change had obvious energy saving benefits and improving auto mation level.This paper also explained some problems on reconstruction of frequency converter.
