复合粉粘结剂 ,系以含支链 >80 %的淀粉为主要原料 ,经特殊工艺处理 ,再复合拒水性好的酯化淀粉 ;既具有较高强度 ,又有一定抗吸潮性 ,无毒、无味 ,工艺比合脂砂简便 ;工装与合脂砂通用 ,使用综合成本比合脂砂经济 ,是1种环保型的粘结剂。
Compound powder binder is produced by special treatment using main raw strarch of more than 80% branch chain and esterification starch with good water resistant. It has higher strength and certain hydroscopicity resistant and poision free and no gas evolution and been simple than that of synthetic grease sand, and its technology equipment is the same as that of synthetic grease sand and total cost of this binder is lawer than that of grease sand. It is an binder with no environment protection problems.
