以韶山型电力机车 80 0kW电动机机座为例 ,分析了厚大圆筒类机座铸造裂纹特征及产生裂纹的主要原因 ;提出了防止裂纹产生的措施 ,获得了比较理想的效果 ,为解决厚大圆筒类铸钢件裂纹问题提供了思路。

Take the motor casting of 800 kW traction motor base used in shaoshan type eletric locomotive as an example,this article analyses the character of casting crack in heavry hollow cylindrical base castings with thick wall and discusses the causes of the casting crack,and presents the countermeasures to prevent the arising of crack.These measures wihich have been proved to be efficacious in practice give the thinking to solve the similar problem.
