摘要
为解决电炉烟道中烟气量的调节与控制问题，将 12. 5MVA电炉除尘关断阀进行了设计改造，特别是对密封、调节系统进行了处理。实践证明，该阀运行效果良好，它具有重量轻，体积小，使用灵活，安全可靠，密封性能好，投资省等优点。
To solve the problem of adjustment and control of flue gas capacity in a 12.5MVA electric furnace,the design and transforming of cut- off valve for dust cleaning are conducted,especially its sealing and adjusting system.The valve has the advantages of light weignt,small volume,good flexibitity in use,good safety,reliability,sealing and lower investment etc.
