当前，在社会因素，社会竞争、社会不良风气等特定的社会背景影响下，军校大学生浮躁心理普遍存在，在一定程度上影响着学生的成长与发展。文章依据军校大学生的心理特征，阐述了树立军校大学生科学发展观的必要性．提出了“正确定位、分层目标、稳步实施、自我实现”的自我发展形式，以求真务实的科学态度，克服浮躁心理。
