细基丸叶和茎总三萜含量测定 被引量:1

摘要 测定细基丸叶和茎中总三萜的含量。以乌苏酸为对照品,以质量分数5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸系统为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法在546 nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。乌苏酸对照品在20~100μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Abs=0.1548C+0.0286,r=0.9993。细基丸叶和茎中总三萜的含量分别为1.684%和0.5439%.本法操作简便,结果稳定,重复性好,易于推广。 To determine the content of the tritepenoidic acid in the leaves and the stems of Polyalthia plagioneura Diels,the experimental conditions including ursolic acid as the reference,5% vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as color system,the content of triterpenoidic acid in the leaves and stems of Polyalthia plagioneura was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method at 546 nm.The calibration curve was linear(r=0.9993) in the range of 0.2~1.6 μg/mL,and the curve was Abs=0.1548C+0.0286,the content was 1.684% and 0.5439%.The result was stable,and had good repeatability.This method operated conveniently and spread easily.
