摘要
建立了工作场所空气中2-甲氧基乙醇(EM)、2-乙氧基乙醇(EE)、2-丁氧基乙醇(EB)的溶剂解吸气相色谱同时测定法。采用活性炭管采集,溶剂解吸,毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱(FID)测定方法。EM、EE、EB在本方法规定的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限均为0.50 mg/L,最低检出浓度均为0.67 mg/m3(以采集3.0 L空气计)。相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~1.8%(n=6),平均解吸效率为97.3%~101.1%,样品在室温下至少可保存7天。该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简单,适用于工作场所空气中EM、EE、EB的同时测定。
A solvent desorption gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether(EM),ethylene glycol monoethyl ether(EE) and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether(EB) in the air of workplace was established.EM,EE and EB in the air of workplace were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed with solvent,and then analyzed by GC-FID.A good linear relationship in the method prescribed concentration range,with the correlation coefficient all being r0.999.Their limits of detection were all 0.50 mg/L,and their minimum detectable concentrations were all 0.67 mg/m3 per 3.0 L of air.Their relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.4%~1.8%(n=6).And the average desorption efficiencies were 97.3%~101.1%.EM,EE and EB in activated carbon tube could be kept at least 7 days at room temperature without significant loss.The method was simple,accurate,and had high precision,so it could be simultaneously used for determination of EM,EE and EB in the air of workplace.
