摘要 压力容器长期间且持续性的使用将致使其使用性能极易受到外界环境条件相关因素的影响,由此可能导致压力容器处理腐蚀、开裂甚至是损毁等质量问题。为最大限度的确保压力容器运行作业的安全性与可靠性,有必要对其进行系统化的无损检测。本文依据这一实际情况,以无损检测技术为研究对象,着眼于压力容器运行实际情况,从压力容器无损检测技术分析以及超声检测技术在压力容器无损检测中的实践应用分析这两个方面入手,围绕压力容器的无损检测技术这一中心问题展开了较为详细的分析与阐述,并据此论证了无损检测技术的应用在进一步提高压力容器运行质量、运行安全性以及运行可靠性的过程中所发挥的至关重要的作用与意义。 The pressure vessel in long-term and persistent use caused the performance extremely vulnerable to external environment factors,which could lead to treatment for corrosion cracking of pressure vessel,or even damage the quality problem.In order to ensure maximum pressure vessel operation safety and reliability,it was necessary to carry out the system of non-destructive testing.On the basis of the actual situation,in order to nondestructive testing technology as the object of study,focusing on the operation of pressure vessel from the actual situation,pressure vessel nondestructive testing technology and analysis of ultrasonic detection technology in nondestructive testing of pressure vessels in practice and application analysis of these two aspects,surrounded the pressure vessel nondestructive testing technology problem of this one center opened detailed analysis and exposition,and then the application of non-destructive testing technology in further improving the operation of pressure vessel quality,operating safety and reliability in the process play a crucial role and significance was improved.
