The Study on Developing the Alfalfa Industry in Heilongjiang Province

目前,黑龙江省在苜蓿草业发展中存在的主要问题是养殖户对苜蓿草认知程度不高,政策引导和扶持不到位;配套设施和机械不完备,种子繁育体系不健全,良种供应难满足;产业链条不完善,精深产品欠开发等。黑龙江省应充分发挥现有优势,尽快把苜蓿草业纳入全省农业重要战略产业,实行积极的政策引导,创新市场运作机制,加大财政资金支持力度,促进苜蓿草业持续健康发展。

Heilongjang province now has some problems in developing alfalfa industry in terms of farmers＇ lack of knowledge about alfalfa, insufficient policy guidance and support, deficient supporting facilities and machines, short supply of fine seeds caused by incomplete seed-growing systems, unsound industrial chain, and the shortage of deep processed products. To facilitate the healthy growth of the alfalfa industry, I-Ieilongjiang shall give full play to the current advantages, develop the alfalfa industry as one of the key strategic industries, guide the industry with proactive policies, create a new market operation mechanism, and enhance the intensity of public financial support.
