经皮后凸成形术治疗不同类型骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的疗效分析 被引量：7

摘要 随着我国人口的老龄化，骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折（osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture，OVCF）随之增多。经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术（percutaneous kyphoplasty，PKP）在OVCF中得到了广泛应用，但对于不同类型骨质疏松型骨折并未进行分类治疗与分析。2005年8月-2009年12月笔者采用PKP治疗不同类型OVCF患者206例，疗效满意。现报告如下。
