MicroRNA在神经损伤后基因表达调控和神经修复中的作用

摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一系列能通过序列特异性方式来调节基因表达的非编码小分子RNA。它是由基因编码形成的核蛋白复合物,通常由19—25个核苷酸组成[1],能与信使RNA(mRNA)通过分子互补配对结合诱导其降解或抑制其翻译。
