Counteraction of skin photoaging: an update

摘要 皮肤光老化逐渐被人们关注,目前针对皮肤光老化的定义以及引起皮肤不同光老化程度的最大影响因素是紫外线,提出了多种预防和治疗方法,如外用阻断紫外线照射的防晒剂、抗氧化剂和抗光老化的药物化妆品,口服含有各种维生素、微量元素的抗氧化剂和抗光老化的药物,并在平时日常生活中注意多食用些富含抗氧化成分的膳食,以及最新研究发现了一种新的抗光老化物质:来自脂肪的衍生干细胞。也可使用各种激光治疗和肉毒素或胶原蛋白等注射治疗,甚至必要时行外科手术。概述皮肤光老化的临床特点及新的常用的一些防护治疗措施及其相应的治疗原理等。 Skin photoaging has attracted more and more attention from researchers. A variety of methods have been put forward to prevent and treat skin photoaging, such as the external use of sunscreens, antioxidants and cosmeceuticals, oral administration of antioxidants containing various vitamins and microelements as well as anti-photoaging medicines, and dietary intake of antioxidant-rich food. Recently, researchers have found a new anti-photoaging material-adipose-derived stem cells. Skin photoaging can also be treated by laser, injection of Botox or collagen, and even surgical operation. This article describes the clinical features of skin photoaging, latest and most commonly used protective measures against photoaging and their therapeutic principles.
