人工耳蜗植入者音乐感知能力的研究 被引量:7

A review of research on music perception ability for adult cochlear implant users

摘要 人工耳蜗是帮助成人及儿童重度以上感音神经性聋患者获得或重新获得听觉的电子装置,其功能是取代病变的内耳毛细胞,直接用电信号刺激听觉神经细胞产生听觉〔1〕。多导人工耳蜗技术的发展已有30余年的历史,接受人工耳蜗植入者已逾10万人〔2〕。 Summary A cochlear implant(CI) is a kind of surgically implanted electronic device that provides a sense of sound to a person who has severe to profound sensorineural hearing impairment. However, studies have shown that the performance in music perception for CI users has not been achieved to an ideal level. It is important to e- valuate the ability to perceive music using well designed music perception test materials, in order to improve the quality of life for cochlear implant users. This paper reviewed the studies on assessing music perception ability for adult cochlear implant users from the exising literature.
