摘要患者男，62岁。无明显诱因突发上腹部持续性剧烈疼痛并向背部放射10h．于2011年9月18日入院。既往吸烟，并有高血压、冠心病和胃溃疡病史。查体：腹软，剑突下压痛，无反跳痛，
