利妥昔单抗治疗婴儿难治性自身免疫性溶血性贫血伴假性血小板减少一例报告附文献复习 被引量:2

摘要 自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)系体内B淋巴细胞免疫调节紊乱,产生自身抗体和(或)补体,并结合于红细胞膜上,致红细胞破坏加速而引起的一组溶血性贫血。婴儿难治性AIHA症状重,病程迁延,病死率高,治疗目标是迅速控制溶血。利妥昔单抗治疗成人原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)、AIHA及Evans综合征安全有效。
