摘要
从开发区发展阶段看,从工业区转向综合性新城区是大多数开发区的必由之路,开发区再开发是开发区完成综合转型的重要方式,本文以江宁经济技术开发区百佳湖片区为例,首先分析了开发区综合开发的几大导向因素,然后从三个时间上对比分析了百佳湖片区再开发的情况,最后从城市和开发区两个层面阐述了再开发对综合导向型开发区的提升作用。
From the stage of development zones, For most of the Development Zones, development zone redevelopment is the Inevitable way to transition from the industrial area to the comprehensive new city. Development zone redevelopment is an important way for the development zone to complete the comprehensive transformation. This paper, taking Baijia lake area in Jiangning economic-technological development zone as an example, Firstly, summarizes several major guiding factor of the development zones comprehensive developmented, secondly, it analyzes redevelopment situation of Baijia lake area from three times. Finally, it elaborates the promotion effect of redevelopment to integrated-oriented development zone both from city and development zone.
