Potential novel target in preventing Parkinson＇s disease： uric acid

摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease,PD）是中老年人常见的运动障碍疾病，氧化应激和线粒体功能障碍与PD患者黑质多巴胺能神经元变性、丢失密切相关。近年来的研究发现尿酸水平的高低对PD的发病以及发病后疾病的进展快慢有显著影响。本文将就尿酸的生物学特性及其与PD的关系做一综述。
