This paper described the high-efficiency reform for the continuous billet caster by No. 1 steelmaking Plant Changgang and Wuhan Atlantic Metallurgical Engineering Technological Co. Ltd. It includes taper mould,oscillator with half-spring. So we have got a remarkable efficiency.
