肘外侧入路空心拉力钉内固定治疗肱骨小头I型骨折 被引量：2

摘要 肱骨小头骨折临床少见，好发于青少年，属于关节内骨折；在解剖时称之为肱骨盘状骨突骨折（fracture rotulihumefi），也称Kocher骨折。在小儿骨科，多称之肱骨外髁骨骺冠状面骨折，因其少见．在临床上极易漏诊，导致治疗延误，肘关节功能受限。因本病关注度低报道较少，在临床上缺乏有效、系统、规范的手术治疗方法。
