The necessity of the establishment of standardized diagnostic methodology and treatment pattern of retinoblastoma in China

通过介绍视网膜母细胞瘤新的国际诊断分期标准及常规治疗方法，比较国内、国外治疗的现状和差距，总结提出了我国视网膜母细胞瘤诊疗过程中亟待解决的问题，建议在我国建立并推广规范化的视网膜母细胞瘤诊疗模式，并强调了眼科病理诊断在视网膜母细胞瘤高危因素评估以及后续治疗中的重要指导作用。

This article describes the new international classification and routine treatment methods of retinoblastoma, compares the status and gaps between domestic and foreign treatments, summarizes and presents problems to be solved in the treatment process of retinoblastoma domestically, presents suggestions in establishing and promoting a standardized diagnostic methodology and treatment pattern in China, and emphasizes the important guiding role of pathological diagnosis in ophthalmology for retinoblastoma risk factor assessment and subsequent treatment.
