功能磁共振成像在青光眼诊断和随访中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 青光眼神经损伤不仅局限于眼部,而且累及全视路。功能性磁共振成像技术是在体研究大脑中枢解剖结构及功能变化的无损伤手段,可为青光眼的早期诊断和疗效观察提供客观依据。近年来,功能性磁共振成像技术在青光眼的神经纤维损伤、视路功能损害及视皮质代谢变化方面的研究进展迅速,因此,有必要对其进行全面综述。 Neurological damage in glaucoma does not only limit to the eye, but also affects the central nervous system of the visual pathway. Functional magnetic resonance imaging provides a non-invasive method that can help to assess anatomical and functional changes of the central nervous system. This technology has been used in the investigations of nerve fiber damage, metabolic changes in visual cortex, and dysfunction of the visual system in glaucoma. Functional magnetic resonance imaging is introduced, and the progress in its application and prospect in glaucoma diagnosis were summarized in this paper.
