摘要
通过压力浸润法制备了SiCp/Al复合材料,并采用显微镜拍摄了样件的金相照片,在金相中观察到SiC颗粒分布均匀,颗粒之间存在球状气泡。接着用Image-Pro Plus软件对金相照片进行分析,计算得到SiCp/Al复合材料中SiC颗粒的体积分数为51.5%,比预制的配比50%稍高。分析认为,其原因是由于预制件受压后,体积变小,导致增强颗粒SiC体积分数偏高。
SiCp/Al composite was prepared by pressure infiltration, and the metallographic photos of the samples were taken by Leica DM2000 microscope. The uniformity distribution of SiC particle and the globular bubbles between particles can be observed in the metallographic photos. And then the metallographic photos were analysed by Image-Pro Plus software. The calculation results show that the volume fraction of SiC particles in the composite is 51.5%, which is higher than the precast ratio of 50%. The reason is that the volume of the precast becomes smaller after compression, resulting in the volume fraction of SiC particulate enhanced.
