介绍了连铸二次冷却过程中喷淋水与高温铸坯表面接触时的换热特点,以及影响连铸二冷过程喷淋水与铸坯传热的因素,进而通过分析连铸二冷喷嘴的冷、热态性能,探讨了连铸二冷喷嘴类型及布置方式对铸坯质量的影响。
According to the heat transfer characteristics between the high temperature slab and the spray water in secondary cooling region, the influencing factors of heat transfer between the slab and the cooling water were analyzed. The effect of nozzle type and arrangement on the quality of the slab was described on the basis of the characteristics of hot and cold conditions of the nozzle in the secondary cooling region of eontinuous east.
