摘要
分析了目前耐低温耐腐蚀风电球墨铸铁的需求形势,介绍了该类铸件的生产制造工艺实例,从冶炼所需原材料要求,球化及孕育工艺,合金所需化学成分及含量范围,热处理工艺要求及金相要求等几个方面,阐述了耐低温耐腐蚀球墨铸铁制备的关键点及工艺控制。
On the basis of analyzing the current demand situation of ductile iron with low-temperature and corrosion resistance for wind power, the instances of manufacturing process for the class of casting products were introduced. The key points and the process control measures preparing the ductile iron were described from the requirements of raw materials, nodulizer and inoculation process, the required chemical composition content, heat treatment process and microstructure, etc.
