摘要
在12 kg中频感应电炉中对球墨铸铁的熔炼工艺进行了研究,并在合理的球化条件下,对比了75SiFe和SiBa两种孕育剂的孕育效果。结果表明,在0.3%75SiFe+0.2%硅钡的复合孕育条件下,球墨铸铁的孕育效果更佳。
The melting process for ductile iron in 12 kg medium frequency induction furnace was studied, and in reasonable spheroidizing condition, the inoculation effects were compared between two inoculations of silicon iron and silicon barium. The results show that the inoculation effect gets better using the composite of 0.3%75SiFe+0.2%SiBa in total amount of the iron liquid.
