摘要
介绍了国内外贮存图书馆的发展历史和现状,探讨了贮存图书馆的作用及有关贮存图书馆的法律制度的建设与完善,提出了我国贮存图书馆体系的建设构想。
ABSTRACT： This paper introduces the development history and present situation of depository library at home and abroad, probes into the functions of depository library and something related to the construction and perfection of legal system of depository library, and puts forward some ideas for constructing depository library in China.
