互联网虚拟社区与民用飞机情报工作研究

Research on Virtual Community on Internet and Intelligence Work in Civil Aircraft

互联网的出现改变了信息传递方式,而虚拟社区(virtual community)的产生和崛起进一步拓展了信息交流与资源分享的渠道,特别是近两年微博的飞速发展,更是突破了传统的模式,并且逐渐形成一股不可或缺的力量。在民机情报工作者眼中,形形色色的互联网虚拟社区绝不仅仅是娱乐、交友的平台,更包含着许多有助于民机研制的信息和资源。分析了互联网虚拟社区的基本内涵、主要特征和功能,探讨了虚拟社区在民机情报工作中的潜藏价值与实际应用,提出了借助虚拟社区开展民机情报工作的条件与规范。

ABSTRACT： The appearance of Internet has changed the method of information virtual community, especially with the rapid growth of Microblog in recent years, information exchange and resources sharing, thus making a major breakthrough transmission, while the development of has further expanded the channels for to the traditional model, and gradually forming an essential power. In the eyes of the civil aircraft intelligence workers, various kinds of virtual community are not just a platform for entertainment and friendship, but contain many valuable information and resources for civil aircraft research and development. This paper analyzes the basic connotations, major characteristics and functions of virtual community, probes into its potential value and actual application of virtual community in civil aircraft intelligence work, and puts forward some conditions and standards for carrying out the intelligence work in civil aircraft with the help of virtual community.
