Efficacy of ultrasonic therapy in Ah shih point for medial collateral ligament injury of knee joint

摘要 目的观察阿是穴超声波治疗仪治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的效果。方法膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的患者122例,采用阿是穴超声波治疗仪治疗,于治疗前、治疗后即刻及治疗后6个月时行中医症状积分评估,并于治疗后6个月时进行疗效评定。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后中医症状积分下降(P〈0.01);痊愈、好转、无效率依次为76.2%(93/122例)、21.3%(26/122例)、2.5%(3/122例);不同病程之间疗效差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论阿是穴超声波治疗仪是治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤急性期的有效疗法。 Objective To observe the efficacy of ultrasonic therapy in Ah shih point for the treatment of medial collateral ligament injury in knee joint. Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with knee joint medial collateral ligament injury were received the treatment of Ah shih point ultrasonic therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score was recorded before and the end of treatment and 6 months after the treatment. The efficacy was evaluated at 6 months after the treatment. Results Compared with pretreatment, the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score was significantly decreased after the treatment (P〈0. 01). The cure rate, improved rate and ineffective rate were 76.2% (93/122 cases), 21.3%(26/122 cases) and 2.5% (3/122 cases) respectively. There was a significant difference in the efficacy for patients with different disease courses (P〈0.05). Conclusion The Ah shih point ultrasonic therapy is an effective method for the medial collateral ligament injury of knee joint in the acute phase.
